We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here are a few quick reminders to help your party run smoothly:
The first hour is for setup only. Guests arrive after setup, and the party runs for the remaining time.
All guests must complete a waiver before participating. QR codes will be available in the lobby, or waivers can be completed ahead of time on our website.
Your setup includes tables seating about 40 guests. Please bring tablecloths (3 large recommended). Let us know if you need extra tables.
Balloon arches/columns are yours to keep. All stands and bases stay at Magic Athletics.
A Magic Athletics staff member will assist with setup, cleanup, organization, and photos—just ask!
Party balances must be paid 7 days prior through your iClass account. Unpaid balances will be charged to the card on file.
Guests park beside the gym. Hosts may park in the back for easy setup access.
No alcohol, smoking, or vaping allowed.
