At Cheer Magic Athletics, we take all the stress out of hosting your child’s birthday party. With private access to our main gym, trampolines, inflatables, and ninja obstacle courses, kids get to run, play, and celebrate in a fun, high-energy environment. Whether you want a simple setup or a fully done-for-you experience where we handle everything down to the theme, decorations, cake, and ice cream—all you have to do is show up and enjoy the magic!

Party Playbook
Payment
Party balances are due 7 days before your date through your iClass account. Unpaid balances are charged to the card on file.
Waivers
Every guest needs a completed waiver before participating. Scan the QR codes in the lobby, or finish yours ahead of time on our website.
Party Space
Your setup includes tables seating about 40 guests. Please bring tablecloths — 3 large ones is about right. Need extra tables? Just ask.
Parking
Guests park beside the gym. Hosts are welcome to park around back for easier setup access.
Setup & Party Time
The first hour is for setup only. Guests arrive after setup, and the party runs for the remaining time.
Staff Support
A Cheer Magic Athletics staff member helps with setup, cleanup, keeping things organized, and photos — just ask!
Facility Rules
No alcohol, smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Balloon Décor
Balloon arches and columns are yours to take home. All stands and bases stay with us.
